Ei Electronics is a market leader in domestic CO and fire protection, pioneering new technologies and offering high quality Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms. Ei Electronics employs over 700 people at our extensive campus in Shannon, with additional Sales / Marketing offices in the UK (through our wholly owned subsidiary, Aico), in Germany and in France. Ei Electronics is a 100% Irish owned private Company, established in March 1988 following a management buyout from GE. Ei Electronics have been involved in the design and manufacture of Smoke Alarms (and later Carbon Monoxide Alarms) for over 40 years.
