Enterprise Ireland hosted Food Evolution – A Forum on the Future of Food, on 27 May, 2021.
The first event of its kind, Food Evolution (US and Europe) provided an opportunity for those in the food and beverage sector to hear from leading industry experts on innovating for sustainable growth, emerging megatrends and insights in food and beverage, what is the key to long-term success in sustainable growth, and how Ireland has become a hub for food and beverage companies wishing to develop and scale their European presence. The audience also heard from Mintel, the world’s leading market intelligence agency, who discussed their report, ‘Global Food and Drink Trends 2021’.

The event was officially opened by the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar.
